Meals are delivered directly from the source to the aircraft via Jet Team's refrigerated vehicles. Food is maintained at the proper temperature until just before serving, minimizing the risk of quality degradation or foodborne illness.

Can you accommodate requests outside the menu?
Yes, we can. Depending on the meal content, it may take some time, so we would appreciate it if you could contact us as early as possible.
How will the products be packaged on delivery?
We will provide packaging that suits your aircraft's facilities and your specific needs, such as microwave-safe containers, aluminum containers, or vacuum-sealed packaging. For efficiency and to save space, we will package items together unless you specify otherwise. Please note that additional preparation time may be required for unique packing requests, so we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible.
Can you handle the washing of linens and dishes?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer linen or dishwashing services.
Can you handle delivery with a high loader truck?
We do not currently offer delivery with a high loader truck.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. We can accommodate orders starting from a single item. Please note that there is a separate handling fee in addition to the product price. For more details, please refer to our terms of service.

Can I specify a delivery time?
Yes, you can. We offer 24-hour delivery services.
Can you handle frozen items such as ice cream?
Yes, we can. If necessary, we can provide dry ice at an additional cost.
Can you handle raw food items such as sushi?
Yes, we can. We deliver in refrigerated trucks, so please rest assured.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Yes, we can. While we already have halal options on our menu, we also have experience in providing oriental vegan, kosher, and Hindu meals.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can. However, we may have difficulty accommodating individuals with severe celiac disease. Depending on the item, additional preparation time may be required, so please contact us as early as possible.
How can I pay?
You can either be invoiced through your handling company or pay directly by credit card. We can also provide an invoice for those who wish to make a bank transfer from a domestic bank.
