Maintenance Support
Our specialized staff will assist with all types of unexpected aircraft maintenance, including maintenance work in the event of an AOG (aircraft malfunction), arranging hangars, assisting with immigration for maintenance technicians traveling overseas, and handling customs clearance procedures and transportation for the import and export of repair parts.

Frequently asked questions regarding handling
How many days of advance notice are required for an inbound flight?
For private passenger flights, application procedures must be completed before local takeoff, while for charter flights, application procedures must be completed three days in advance.
For private flights, slots and parking must also be secured at each airport before the aircraft can operate. For emergency charter flights, the application procedures can be shortened to 24 hours in advance if there is an urgent reason for travel.

Can a private jet that has arrived from a foreign country proceed to operate domestic legs?
If it is a private flight for personal use, it is possible to operate with passengers (though a domestic operation permit is required). For charter flights, passengers are not allowed to fly just on domestic legs alone – they must be onboard for at least one international leg, either arriving or departing.
Can I order whatever catering I want?
Our expert catering staff will be happy to tailor your meal to your taste.
Are you able to make international flight arrangements for airports not serviced by regular airlines?
Yes, we can coordinate officer dispatch for airports have that CIQ capabilities. However, there are some airports (such as Itami and Miyako) where this is not available.
Can I get a quotation even if I haven’t used the services before?
Yes, please feel free to contact us. We can set up a quotation if you advise us information such as the number of people, desired airport, schedule, and so on.
Can I bring my pets with me?
Pets are allowed onboard the aircraft. We are happy to support passengers flying with their beloved pets, just as with any family member. (Additional export and import procedures will be required when traveling with pets)
