FAQ about International Charter Flights
Can I depart from any airport in Japan?
Flights are possible from any airport that can handle CIQ (Customs, Immigration, Quarantine) procedures. However, there are some airports where flights are not possible, such as Osaka Itami and Miyako.
Is it possible to depart or arrive 24 hours a day?
Currently, Haneda Airport, Chubu Centrair International Airport, and Kansai International Airport operate 24 hours a day. Other airports may also operate except during late-night and early-morning hours, so please inquire for details.
How long does immigration and security screening take?
It usually takes about 10 minutes to complete the procedures. Since a dedicated terminal for business jets is used, you can proceed according to your preferred time. (Conditions may vary depending on the airport.)
I’m worried that a long flight might be tiring.
Business jets are equipped with beds, so you can lay back and relax comfortably even on long flights.
Can you arrange travel plans at the destination?
Yes, it is possible. Jet Team can support travel arrangements at your destination according to your requests.
How many minutes before departure should I arrive at the airport?
We generally recommend arriving about 30 minutes before departure. However, for charter flights, the flight will not depart until you are on board. We will adjust in case you’re delayed, though airport congestion may affect flexibility in changing departure times.
How many days in advance can I cancel?
Cancellation is possible even on the day of the flight, but after the contract is signed, a specified cancellation fee will apply.
Is it possible to adjust the schedule and time of the desired flight?
Yes, it is possible. We can create a flight plan according to your preferences, such as departing in the evening for a leisurely travel, arriving at your destination early in the morning, or departing at a time that fits your sleep schedule.
Is it possible to add a stopover for sightseeing?
Yes, it is possible. Adding a stopover before the flight is possible, though it requires prior coordination with the airports.
Is it possible to arrange in-flight meals in advance?
