    The flight will be conducted on the scheduled day for the photography.

FAQ about Helicopter Charters

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive at the departure location 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The pilot or staff will provide a safety briefing.

What is the maximum size of luggage I can bring?

Cargo sizes vary by aircraft type. Please check the size and amount of your luggage and contact us for details.

Will I get a refund if the flight is canceled due to bad weather?

If it is determined in advance that the flight cannot proceed due to bad weather, a refund may be issued. However, if the aircraft has already been dispatched to the departure location, partial refunds may not be available.

Is night flying possible?

Night flying is not permitted in restricted areas, but night tours in central Tokyo are possible.
Note: There are some restrictions on landing and takeoff times.

Can I change the schedule after the contract is signed?

Significant schedule changes may incur additional costs. Availability of the aircraft also needs to be checked, so please consult with your representative.
